Hello! I’m Liz.
Thanks for considering the services I offer as part of your healing journey. Let me tell you a little about myself.
I’ve been a massage therapist since 2021. Attending massage school in Buffalo, NY and changing careers during the covid pandemic. My curiosity about the natural world and how it works has been a constant in my life. Prior to massage school I worked in the culinary arts. I’ve earned certificates in holistic nutrition and western community herbalism.
I assist to my clients health care goals by interweaving my educational experiences. I’m versed in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Neuron Muscular Therapy, Myofacial release, Shiatsu, ScarWork Therapy and Thai massage.
The massage oils I use are from Banyan Botanicals and are infused with Ayurvedic herbs to help soothe and rejuvenate the muscles and joints. The essential oils I use are from Vital Blue Oils, which are organic or wild-crafted essential oils that help balance organ systems and regions of the brain, including balancing emotions and supporting symptoms, so the body can function optimally and heal.
I promise to set goals with you and look forward to us working together.
Services
-
Therapuetic Massage
Therapeutic massage calls on manual therapies from both Eastern and Western traditions.
By blending principles and techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Thai massage, and others, Liz is able to address a wide spectrum of issues during the session while at the same time providing a profound sense of relaxation.
-
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage has been used for centuries to help mothers manage many of the discomforts of pregnancy.
It is recommended that you receive massage during the first trimester only from a body worker that already knows your body. If you are a new client, we would begin treatments after the first trimester.
-
ScarWork Therapy
ScarWork is a method of manual therapy with the aim of helping reduce the impact of scar tissue on the body. This gentle hands on therapy can affect function, neuropathy, range of motion, and levels of pain. This method is appropriate for all kinds of scarring: C-Section, Laparoscopy, Appendectomy, Radiation, Trauma, Burn, Self harm, Gender Affirming scars, and many others. ScarWork is appropriate for anyone seeking relief from scar tissue-related dysfunction or pain. Your first visit includes a consultation where we go over your case, your needs, and inform you of how the treatments will work. This therapy requires some participation from the client.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone massage is body work that includes the use of stones that have been heated to between 110 and 130 degrees Fahrenheit. The stones aid in increased circulation, stress reduction, and improved sleep.
The stones help calm the nervous system, and reduce pain. Ideal for deep relaxation and chronic muscle tension.
